Extension of Stay
If you are in the US on a temporary visa and your stay is close to expiring, you may consider an extension of stay. The following visa types are most commonly eligible for extension:
- B-1 and B-2 visitors
- F-1 and F-2 Students and their family
- J-1 and J-2 Exchange visitors and their family
Other non-immigrant visas may be eligible for an extension as well. Please contact our office to inquire as to your eligibility for an extension.
